No Lounge Sticker

    The lounge ‘sticker’ doesn’t seem to be present in WooCommerce Shop area for ‘appointable/vitual’ products.

    We have set The Grimm Finale as a VIP level game – this works in removing the booking calendar widget but doesn’t replace it with any indication that it needs to be unlocked etc.

    Hello,

    Can you tell me what version of WooVIP you’re using (free or pro) ?

    Appointable products are not a standard WooCommerce products type, do you use a special plugin for that ?
    WooVIP only supports standard WooCommerce products (simple, grouped, variable).

    Thanks for resolving – I was using PRO but it is an appointable product plugin that leverages off of VIRTUAL product in Woocommerce.

    Although I should point out to other customers – WooVIP does ‘support’ other types of products – i.e. appointable ones, just maybe not in all display aspects.

    I have registered badges and points etc against all my non-standard products and the plugin has achieved everything I want so far ??
