    Hi @jstane

Are you referring to Avada update? or one of our updates? Asking because the last two for ours have been very minor with the last major update being back in October.

    hello,
Avada indicates that this is a problem related to your plugin… Maybe it is no longer compatible?

    If your search : [fusion_portfolio_cpt
you can find more Avada webisite with the same issue. :/

In what ways are you having conflicts/issues? Any error messages presented?

That’ll help me determine what may be going on. As is, we haven’t had any other reports of issues with Avada lately.

For what it’s worth, the primary task that CPTUI does is register the post types and taxonomies for the site owner. What they’re used for and how has always been left for the theme, other plugins, and content creators.

For example, if the post types aren’t showing in UI for Avada builders or similar, then it’s on Avada’s code to utilize and find those registered types. We don’t have any spots of code that say “ok, this one should be included in Avada Builder”

If you’re referring to the fusion_portfolio_cpt shortcode not rendering like expected, that’s going to be something unrelated to CPTUI. For whatever reason, the setup for the shortcode is missing or inactive, and will need to be re-added.

@lililab2022 I saw your reply before they got removed by the moderators. You’re going to need to check your error logs to determine what’s actually causing that. It’s very possible that it’s actually coming from your theme in some way. We don’t do anything specific with a site’s templates.
