• Just had a panic as just run updates, thought it was something I did but all works fine in Firefox, however in chrome the tick box is missing from the checkout page, up to this point it has worked great so this is a real blow as such a large percentage of people use Chrome.

    **UPDATE 28-06-18

I was notified that an update had been published and this has resolved the situation for me, I hope that anyone else who has had this issue can now get it sorted.

    Hey @sy19,

Thanks for your feedback. I came across your review and wanted to chime in to see if I could help provide any troubleshooting assistance or pass any useful feedback to our developers.

Just to get a handle on the situation you’ve experienced so far, could you provide a few pieces of information to help me catch up?

    – What plugin version are you running?
    – What version of WooCommerce are you running?
    – Is your site self-hosted, or is it a wordpress.com business account?
    – If it’s self-hosted, who is your hosting provider?
    – Since we do not see the issue in our testing environments, can you provide a short screencast or screenshots?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

    – Kyle

    Hi @khyngate
    Thanks for your reply.

    -mailchimp 2.1.7
    -woo 3.4.2, wordpress latest version
    -self hosted
    -tsohost
-not sure how to add screen shots, but when in Chrome the tick box does not appear under the billing address whereas in Firefox it does show. To confirm the tick box is also nowhere else on the checkout page when using Chrome.
    – only one error and I have deleted the voucher code in question (I have only shown part of the error code):
2018-06-08T10:29:38+00:00 ERROR order_submit.error :: update promo rule ::-code was here–: CURL error :: Operation timed out after 30000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received on 1270 in plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

@sy19, just wanted to let you know we’re still trying to see how this could be possible, as we are testing in Chrome 67+ with no issue.

I’m wondering if there is a conflict with another plugin or javascript on your site; could you check out the console log for any errors? Also, if you want to post your site URL, we can try to see what may be going on from our side.

@sy19 just wanted to mention there was an update to the plugin today – can you let us know if this latest version 2.1.8 solves the issue you’ve been experiencing?
