No longer works due to added SCID variable

Thank you for writing this great plugin, in tests it worked great, but PBS have added CSID verification:

$csid = trim($_POST[‘csid’]);
‘csid’ => $csid

and

<input name=”csid” type=”hidden” id=’csid’>
<script type=’text/javascript’ charset=’utf-8′ src=’https://secureonlinemart.com/pub/som.js’></script&gt;

The above have been added to the spec sheet provided by PBS, please update the plugin with this functionality. Thank you.
