No longer works

That is bizarre. There should be an image in the feed. If not the first, then at least the featured image.

One possibility is of course, that the post had a featured image which has been deleted (or moved). I think, I had that situation once. A featured image has an ID. If there is nothing anymore with that ID, as far as I remember from that one occasion, the plugin doesn’t find an image since it thinks, it already has one.

Did you move your WP installation at one point?

The featured image is showing up. The reason i have been using the plugin is so the first image in the post, not the featured image, would be showing up. It worked perfectly until the update. something changed.

Due to some requests, I had to change the priorities. Before, it was in deed always the first image in the post that was showing up. Now, the plugin looks for a featured image first, and then takes whatever it finds.

But I get many complaints now from the other side, guys like you, that want to have the first image. I guess, I’ll have to build an option to take the first image (or whatever number).

But first, I have to repair something else.
