• To reiterate recent post by “ianstudio” the plugin is not working with lates WordPress version. When you enter a custom URL in the field and then update the post, the field reverts to blank and no redirect occurs.

  • The plugin works as expected with 5.3.2 for me. Have you tried disabling other plugins and using a core theme to isolate the issue?

Question: Are you using the Block Editor (Gutenberg) or classic editor? (Although it works correctly for me in both editors)

Thanks for replying Jason. I posted this a month ago, as well as sent an email to the developer. I didn’t hear back from anyone and I needed to address my client’s issue, so I abandoned the plugin and deployed another solution.

The issue for me is with CPT’s (I use Toolset Types). I also found another solution but I liked this one better, too bad.

Same issue here with CPT using “Types”.

I found that if I create a normal “post” and use the custom page link, it works fine. I also use Post Type Switcher. By creating the normal post with the custom page link, and then switch the post type to the CPT, it works.

Kind of annoying, but it only takes 10 more seconds.

I had the same issue using WP 5.4.1 and the Blocks Editor with CPTs. I installed the Classic Editor and this resolved the issue for me. There seems to be some conflict wit the Blocks Editor.
