Inserting the shortcode for a GravityForm on a pop-up no longer appears to work? Nothing gets displayed from the shortcode.. anything before or after, does.

I read in other threads something had changed with how you processed shortcodes.

Is there a workaround for a GravityForm to work on WPpopup maker?

    Thanks

ps on the example page, if you just scroll down until you see a grey button “calcolatore preventivo”, this is the one that triggers the popup.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@dichiarativo – Sorry for the delay. It appears something else is going on there. There hasn’t been any widespread issues with Gravity Forms so this is not related to the changes recently that I can see.

The form is in fact there, just hidden, not sure what that suggests, but it doesn’t happen for me on a clean install.

You might want to try the Health Check plugin’s Troubleshooting mode to see if you can find a conflict somewhere.

May be worth asking GForms support what could cause the form to render hidden like that.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.

Hi @danieliser and thanks for the reply!

I’ve read-up on the GF side of things: if the form uses conditional fields, they hide the form by default and use javascript to interpret the conditions and show the corresponding sections of the form.

My form is using conditional fields, which is why my form is not working but your test form is.

The popup is breaking the javascript in the GF form, so the form is never set to “show”. Possibly because the GF form is being hidden by the popup in the first place?

    Thanks!
    Mel
