No longer working sadly

  • Ahh you know, this was such a great plugin – and working fine until today… I’ve deleted and re-installed the plugin, tried to configure in the side bar – but the plugin no longer connects to the database to look up location (you just get a constant turning wheel) and so you can’t configure it – and it no longer appears in the sidebar.

    Any chance the developer could kindly look into this? Without doubt, this is (was) the best weather plugin on WP and it will be sad if it is not going to be updated..

    Same problem here. No longer working.

    I just found a great alternative to this broken plugin. NOAA Weather – It pulls from the NOAA’s National Weather Service, which feeds alot of these weather sources. You don’t need a Open Weather Maps API Key or token. It even shows a picture of clouds, if its cloudy. If its sunny, it shows a blue sky with a blazing sun. You just look up the code for the location – link provided in widget. Not much for configuration options, but it includes a link for the 5 day forecast at a glance – directly to the NOAA site.
