No Longer Working

  • Fancybox is no longer working for me. Here is the url:

    At the very top of the page is a link to a youtube video where it says “check out the video”.

    And then underneath in the content area there are tabs that drop down. Those have links to “watch the video” that should open inline content.

    All was working well before and stopped suddenly (I’m not sure when). I’ve double-checked the settings to work with video and inline content. And I’ve also tried older versions of the plugin and newer versions of jquery, but I can’t pinpoint the problem.

    Hope you’re well! ??

    Since when did this plugin didn’t start working? Can you disable all other plugins so we can that this is not a plugin-to-plugin conflict? Also, I noticed that you have javascript errors about an undefined function and 404 error (file not found) as you can see here: https://prntscr.com/5ux4mx

    Disabling all plugin may clear all JS errors.

    I’m not sure exactly when the problem started, unfortunately. ??

    I did try disabling all of the plugins and that didn’t help. I’ll see if I can figure out what those errors are linked to.

    Ah, I figured it out! The jquery tabs ui wasn’t loading and was breaking the rest. I got it back up again.

    Thanks again for your help. If you hadn’t sent over the screenshot with errors, I would have missed that.
