Hi,

In the Hustle plugin version 7.8.3, we are not seeing the latest conversion details. The last conversion was on April 9th. There is no recent updates.

I hope you are doing well today.

We have this issue reported already as a bug to our Hustle developers. In the meantime, a quick workaround would be to revert back to the previous Hustle plugin version ie 7.8.2:

We’ll try to notify you but we don’t have any automated system for such notifications and manually tracking all the reports can sometimes result in some being missed.

In STG site, the last conversion is showing as ‘Never’. So can’t check the 7.8.2 version last conversion details in staging. Any solution ?

I tested in my system and I’m not able to replicate such a behaviour when I revert to 7.8.2. Is the staging site an exact replica of your live site, was there any submission in there?

If not, that might be one of the reason. Do you notice the same issue in your live site with v 7.8.2?

Possible to share the export of your popup, so that we could check further?
