No longer supporting name format?

For example this fails:

$result = wp_mail("John Doe <[email protected]>", "Testing", "Hello there");

Where this works:

$result = wp_mail("[email protected]", "Testing", "Hello there");

In the current version is not supported, but we will update it to support this as well.
