I am wondering the same thing. I have reached out several times for support and have not heard back at all. (I had heard back in the past.)

I have the same experience that nothing is being responded to when sending in support tickets. JEM used to be excellent and usually replied withing a day or 2.

If JEM is still operating, it would be good to know – we all know that ‘life gets in the way’ sometimes and I’d understand that but just no communication is a bit of a no-no with plugins. One can’t afford to carry on using an abandoned plugin unfortunately.

Yes we are still operating – we’ve had a difficult few months (not to bore you with a sob story). Regular service has been resumed now!!!

Anyway we are responding to support tickets at our usual pace, so if you have a question, pop over and drop a ticket – we’ll get back to you

Tried to set up the other plugin I’d bought while you were ‘away’ and just no good for our needs …your plugin is WAY ahead in ease, simplicity and speed of set up …so it’s your shipping plugin that we will be using again for our new site project!
