    Hi,

    Using which method you are trying to send emails? Send mail immediately or via cron job?

    Also, when you say, it no longer allows me to select the ‘mail subject’, you need to first create mail under Compose Menu. Then only that will be visible in ‘Select your mail subject’ dropdown.

    -> I’ve tried to contact you four times, now and I’ve had zero responses.
    -> Can you please tell me using which email id you had contacted us? Because we haven’t received any ticket with this query.

    I want it to send immediately. You need to read my post! I’ve created the mail subject but when I try to select it, it only shows those that are Static. I need to send from those that are Dynamic, as I need to send post updates, not a newsletter. I know how to use this plugin. If you carefully read my post you’ll see that IT USED TO WORK. I hate having to repeat myself, it’s a waste of time and energy.

    I have no idea what email I sent to. Whatever was linked to from the website of whoever created this. I don’t have time to hunt around looking for a sent email! I need support on this.

    Hi,

    To send post notifications when you new post are published, you need to follow steps from here : Notifications Settings i.e. you need to create a new Notification first.

    Send Mail tab is used to send only Static Newsletters. That is why in mail subject only static mail subjects are visible.

    Also, to your original query, emails are not getting send anymore when you post a new blog, can you please check that the new post that you are publishing, that category is checked under the Notification tab? Because if that category is not checked, then post published to that category won’t be send to subscribers.

    Adding further, we had asked your email address (and not ours) so that we can track your ticket faster in our system.

    If I follow your instructions, and have the notification email static, when I try to send the email it displays a pop up window saying that I must select the mail subject. If the mail subject is static, there is no mail subject displayed and so none can be selected. That being the case, there is no way for it to send the post update email!

    My client has his posts scheduled to display at 0500 on Fridays. I want the update email to be sent to the subscribers when that new blog post is displayed.

    I just did another test and suddenly the emails are being sent! I didn’t do anything or make any changes to anything. I did three tests and all three messages went out.

    Hi,

    So, is all working properly now?

    I had the same issue, and then found it’s related to my host. so if you had an issue with emails not sending, then first check the SMTP port is working on your host.
