    When I sent my last newsletter on 5/2/16, I was able to send myself test messages and then send the newsletter out successfully to 165 people.

    Today when I try to send test messages, it says they were sent but nothing shows up in my email inbox. I also tried putting myself on a list of one person and just sending the newsletter to myself, not as a test. It says it sent it, but nothing showed up in my inbox.

    I tried the troubleshooting function with sending test emails and received two emails- one from WordPress and one from the newsletter. It also said SUCCESS for both on the diagnostic page.

    Did something in the last upgrade break my plugin? I need to be able to send my newsletter on Monday.

    The success message means Newsletter delivered to the local mail service and it accepted the email. But if that service is no delivering to the final recipient, you cannot see the email.

    So, firstly ask the provider to check for possible problems in their mail service for your blog, almost surely the will find one.

    You can eventually create a free account on mailtrap.com, take their SMTP parameters and set them on the SMTP panel of Newsletter. Ever email sent from Newsletter is the logged by mailtrap and you can verify if the plugin is actually sending correctly.
