    Please provide your PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce MailChimp plugin versions as well as a list of other plugins so we can help troubleshoot the issue.

    Was it working for you before? Has anything changed recently on your site?

    Also, if you can send us your api key here (https://www.saintsystems.com/contact) we can test your api key on our test server to make sure it works.
