No longer recycling posts/renewing old posts

I have no idea why, but for weeks now, everytime i enable the auto post scheduler…. It does nothing.
It shows no error, nothing. Just simply won’t do anything, and I have no clue what’s wrong or how to fix it.
I have the plugin installed on several wordpress sites, all running the latest wordpress version.
If I’m not mistaken, I believe it stopped working when daylight savings time went into effect, and I tried changing the timezone on wordpress site’s settings…. but it didn’t do anything either.
I need help please.
