    Hi, Since my site updated to WordPress 6.2 i’ve been having a magnitude of problems that i have fixed by rolling back to 6.1.1. However, During this troubleshooting i had to restore my website from a backup i made 2 days ago. After doing this, my jetpack account was disconnected and my woocommerce app said it could receive the data from my store. I then reconnected my store and jetpack and now I am no longer receiving order alerts and notifications on my phone anymore.

    All my notification settings on my phone are on and working. I have deleted Jetpack and the woocommerce app and reinstalled them, i have cleared every cache i can, I have disconnected my store and reconnected it, and I also tried downloading the Woo commerce app on a friends phone, connected my store, and still, No order notifications or order alerts are coming up.

    I have posted this in the woocommerce forum and have received no help. I feel like it is a Jetpack issue since it started after I restored my site from a previous backup and for some reason was disconnected from Jetpack. Please help. I need this fixed ASAP as i run my business from the Woo Commerce app and rely on order notifications from it.

    I have no idea if the following is related to not receiving my order notifications but I feel like something is wrong with Jetpack and is causing my Woocommerce app to not receive notifications. While playing around with some settings and clicking manage connections in JetPack, under data syncronization, i clicked manually sync and i received this error message. “The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (520) [-32300]” Then when i click diagnose a problem, i received this message:

    Debug

    XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 520 )

    It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types. You can test this yourself by running the following command from the command line:

    curl -A 'Jetpack by WordPress.com' -d '<methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName></methodCall>' https://www.elevatedexpress.net/xmlrpc.php

    The answer should be:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <methodResponse>
      <params>
        <param>
          <value>
          <string>Hello!</string>
          </value>
        </param>
      </params>
    </methodResponse>

    If you continue to get this error, please check out our tr

  • Hi @elevatedexpress

    I can see you were having issues with the WooCommerce application not showing notifications of new orders, and that this was related to the broken Jetpack connection.

    I noticed that your website is now properly connected to Jetpack, without any errors appearing on our end. Was the issue resolved?
