Is there an option to set up the pop up to no longer appear once a person has escaped/X’d out of the pop up or signed up on the pop up form? Otherwise have it show up on repeat?

  • Dear @siqve006 ,

    Thanks for getting in touch.
It is possible to hide the form for already subscribed users.
Just check the appropriate option from the popup editing sections:

This is in case you use our subscription popup, but if you have a custom form, it needs to be checked from the settings where the form is taken from.
As for the option to hide the popup once they have clicked on the X button, currently, we do not have an option like that.

If you have additional questions, we will be glad to assist.

So I used a custom form using contact form 7. Is that compatible to hide after a subscribe or to integrate with your subscribe widget?

    Dear @siqve006 ,

Thanks a lot for getting back to us.
In case you use the custom form, you need to add the function from the form settings, you have used inside the popup.
In general, we do have a Limitation option, which allows showing the popup only once per user, but in that case, you can’t be sure if the user has submitted the form, or not.

Please, let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

So I use contact form 7 via groundhogg..I don’t believe they have that set up. If I use your subscription pop up instead can I have those sign ups automatically go into groundhogg?

    Dear @siqve006 ,

Thanks a lot for replying back.

Since we do not have an integration with the droundhogg, you can use our Subscription popup and then manually export and import the subscribers over there.

Let us know if you have additional questions.
