• I downloaded this plugin and have been using it for a few weeks now. A few hours ago I deactivated all of my plugins (including this one “Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit”) and then I activated them back. Upon activation of this specific plugin, I no longer had access to my WordPress site from the back end. This is what I’m seeing instead.

    This page isn’t working
https://www.mywebsite.com redirected you too many times.

I had my hosting company deactivate this plugin, which allowed me to go back in and give it one more try, but the issue happened again. At this point, I might restore my site to an earlier date or delete the plugin and reinstall it.

Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening?

Hi, we would typically see this if SSL isn’t set up correctly. Maybe http pages are trying to redirect to https and vice versa. It wouldn’t be related to the plugin itself, but having the plugin installed and using a login page could trigger the problem to be visible with the bad redirect. Have a look at the URLs in General > Settings as an admin and make sure they reflect the correct URLs (including https) for the site.
