Nope. Not a peep. I reverted the plugin back to the previous version.

How did you revert it back.

I have a backup program installed from which I can revert the whole site, just the plugins, etc.

Is that a plug-in or program

It’s a plugin called Updraft Plus.

You can download a previous version of the plugin by following the instructions here for Option 1:

I have done this before when plugins freak out, as happens occassionally.

You’ll need to manually upload and reinstall the older version, but at least you’ll get it back.

Thanks for the info. Now let me tell what I know so far. I went back and tested mine I use a site builder that uses a widget to place the form on the page. The form a quit showing on the page so I went in and deleted the widget and put it back and now my forms all work again tested and they are working and sending emails.

Can I ask what version of VFB did you rollback to ??
And how do you install a previous version without losing the forms you have already created?

@nocontactforms – thank you for the link. That was very helpful. The only way I could install a previous version was to deactivate and delete the current version 2.9.7.

Two questions:
1) what version is best to rollback to? I’m assuming 2.9.5.
2) How do I install the older version without losing my forms that I’ve created?

If I recall correctly, the forms remain in the database so they should still be there. Might want to take screenshots and/or do a backup just in case.

To install the older version, you can go to Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin. Choose the zip file for the plugin, then click Install Now.

You also can upload via FTP.
