    Hi, I’m not sure why, but the opt-in form settings stopped working. It’s set for single opt-in (not double) and should subscribe the subscriber to a Mailchimp Group. I’ve had these settings for a year, never a problem, but recently it automatically requires double opt-in and once the opt-in is confirmed the subscriber isn’t receiving the automated welcome email from the MailChimp Group.

    Can someone help me with this? I’ve tried resaving the settings and clearing the cache but it doesn’t help. I have about 8 opt-in forms on my site connected to different MC groups and automations, and none of them are working according to the settings.

    Hey @blueazure000,

    I’m sorry things aren’t working the way they use to! If you haven’t changed your settings in over a year and all your forms are set to use single optin on the form settings page you might need to contact Mailchimp support.

    I just tested in my test environment turning my form to Single Opt-in under Easy Forms > Opt-in Forms. Then I choose my form and altered the Single or Double Opt-in setting under Opt-in Settings.

    If you already have your settings like this you may need to contact Mailchimp because they could be enforcing double opt-in for some reason.
