    Hi,

we’re in maintenance mode working on a new site. The plugin had been tested and calculating fine a few days ago. I updated to the latest version and now it’s not calculating saying No shipping options were found. If I rollback to 1.7.1, it works fine. The zipcodes I was using were Texas 78249 and 78209 then Virginia 22301 and 22312. I’m updated on all other plugins including Woo to newest version.

Playing around more with this after rolling back, I have USPS Ground as an available option and when I add the first item (a large item) it shows me $10.80. I add in a smaller item and it takes it to over $20. I increase to TWO of those items and update the cart, it says No available shipping. So maybe it isn’t the newer version although I didn’t have a problem with just one or two items in the cart before.

Trying to understand why it won’t calculate 3 items or why it’s doubling the price when there are two items when one is much smaller and going in the same package. Is it not correctly calculating the shipping dimensions/weight? These extra two items would be fitting in the same package and only adding .1 lbs to the weight.

    Thanks!

    UPDATE:

Sorry someone had removed the zip code from the Woo/General store settings so that answers that on the calculating problem. I’ve updated to the current version again but the issue still stands with the calculating of 2 or more items. I did see a box which I have now ticked for Quote regular items by weight, but that didn’t change anything.

Sorry, disregard this, client is going with a price range shipping instead as this simply doesn’t calculate multiple items correctly in the cart. Thanks.
