No longer an admin, need to stop emails

I have a site that I worked on years ago, that I am no longer an admin of, yet I receive login alerts and post alerts all the time. How can I unsubscribe from these emails?

Wordfence provides a brilliant “unsubscribe” option to each of their alert emails, for example;

“No longer an administrator for this site? Click here to stop receiving security alerts.”

It would be very helpful if there were an option like this for Sucuri.
