No longer able to edit venues

  • Every time we attempt to edit our venues, we reach a page that claims we “are not allowed to manage these items” – previously, we were.

    Although we had a prior subscription to Time.ly add-ons that included frontend submissions, extended views, venues, and Facebook, the venues add-on has disappeared from the list.

    In addition, when we logged in to time.ly to view our account history (to check what we’ve paid for previously, such as the “pro bundle”), no history appeared. Is there any way we can regain access to our saved venues for editing purposes?

  • I had the same error message, and same problem trying to upgrade the add-on.

    Eventually I received a code to download the latest version of the Venue add-on.

    Installed the latest (1.1.3) went to add a venue, and it is still broken. I no longer get the “not allowed to manage these items” message, but clicking on “Venue” in “Organize” doesn’t do anything.
