No longer able to add photos to my posts

  • I am not sure what to do, when I press the ‘add media’ or ‘set a featured image’ button when creating a post the media box pops up but there are no photos and no options to upload photos. I have never had this problem before. I tried disabling all my plugins but that didn’t fix the problem. If anyone has any other ideas for me please let me know!

  • Try clearing any caching on your site and browser. Try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default theme – so see if it’s related to any plugins OR your theme.
