No logo on smartphone

    Hi,

    I searched trough the forums, but no way…

    The plugin is great, it works well on my pc (version 3.85, wp 5.3.2, PHP 7.4) (Could the PHP version be the source of the issue ?). I reduced the window without problem, the photograph changed… (don’t have a retina one).

    I’ve put a .png logo.

    Then I had a look on my Android smartphone, and… well, no logo, instead a grey rectangle with a broken corner. Same on the family phones.
    So I tried 2 others versions of the logo, same result (the one yet on the “maintenance” page is without background, the others had black or white backgrounds).
    I also tried different sizes, from 200px to 500px, problem is still there.
    It’s all right on all browsers on my pc, on smartphone, I found the issue on browsers google, firefox, the browser edge doesn’t even find my exact URL !
    The “computer version” for smartphones don’t work either.

    Hi,
    Please make sure you have the retina and regular logo settings configured. Even if you want to use the same image.

    Thanks for your quick reply @webfactory !

    There is a place to upload a retina picture but for the logo there is only one place ? How can I put a retina version of the logo And a ‘normal’ version ? Or do I only put the logo with “@2x” at the end ?

    I’ll try but I don’t understand because there is no problem with the pictures… (I think, I don’t have Apple devices…)

    Anyway, I’ll do the test and edit my post to let you know if it works or not.

    I’m sorry, I installed your plugin yesterday and didn’t remember there was well place for “normal” AND retina logo…
    With the second one in place, all works well now !
