    Hi,

I’ve seen the same topic here but you have marked it as Resolved when the topic was not resolved at all.

So, I have the same problem that the logo is not displayed on mobile. I’m using apple mail which is native email apple app.

The logo was showing for years and it is .png format. This happened after your last plugin update! Not my fault at all so pleas do not try to ask me to change the image format or size as this doesn’t help.

    Can you investigate this please?

    Thank you

    Hello maryando,

I regret seeing that you are having issues.

There are several possible causes for the problem. It can happen because of the e-mail client, gmail for example is notorious for blocking images.

Have you implemented an image from your website (media library), or uploaded it to a file sharing service and pasted the url?

If it’s self-hosted, make sure the appropriate read rights have been given to the folder. The file must be accessible from the outside, else it will not be displayed.

If that does not work, try to upload it on a file sharing service like gmail fotos and extract the url and paste it into the appropriate field.

Please paste the URL of your image here, so I can test if it is accessible.

I am happy to help, but without access to your site, you will have to do some testing yourself, else there is not much I can do to help you.

    Best regards
    Julian

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer however I have already answered your question but for some reason it was not saved, so I’m sorry about delay ??

So, the image was working correctly for the passed couple of years and only stopped working after your recent update.

Image is hosted on my hosting and have correct rights as it was uploaded to the WP library, so there is no needs to mess with rights of the image.

It only doesn’t work on apple native mail app. It works on my desktop (MS Outlook), but I have no possibility to check if it works on Android phones as I never owned one.

One think I’m sure is that it happened at your last update and right now all the emails looks terrible, so I’m considering removing your plugin from my site for good. As I can’t afford things like this.

    Hope you can fix it…

    Kind Regards

    Hello @maryando,

I understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing.

I’ve conducted tests by sending emails to my iPhone using Apple Mail and haven’t encountered any issues. Additionally, we haven’t received similar reports from other users, suggesting that the problem may be specific to your site.

Regrettably, I’m unable to address an issue occurring solely on your site without more detailed information or access.

I’d greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please reach out to us at support(at)codemiq.com with further details or steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot. I’m eager to assist you, but resolving this will require collaboration.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

Hi, yes I’ve solved it by removing the plugin. It forced me finally to write own email content including footer properly and skip using the plugin. Thanks for your help anyway.

    Kind Regards
