    Hi,

    I have uploaded an image and logo for all entries. Logos do not show. How can I correct this issue?

    By default, the templates only display either the logo or the photo. You can choose which to display by changing the setting in the template.

    Assuming you are using the Default Card template…

    Please navigate to the Connections Templates admin page.

    Click the Customize button for the Card template.

    The page will reload displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.

    Click the back arrow in to upper left.

    Click the Image panel.

    Choose the Image type to display.

    Click an entry name in the preview, any entry will do, it does not matter which.

    The Preview will refresh displaying the entry detail/profile view.

    Choose your desired Image Type again.

    Publish the change and exit the Customizer.

    ps. Before using the Template Customizer, please ensure the [connections] shortcode is added to a page and that page is set as the Directory Homepage. If this is not done, the Template Customizer will not work correctly.

    Thank you very much for responding, and your explanation of how there is only one option between using the Photo or the Logo.

    Followed your instructions, and works as designed.
