no login premium support

Hi, I have a huge problem. I bought the premium licence of GP but when I try to ask for the premium support I got blocked from the login or registration page. It keeps says:
Error: GenerateBlocks support key validation failed: Invalid support key.
Can you please help me? I can’t reach the premium support in either way.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
