No Login Possible

    Hi Gregory,

    I’ve been using WP Cerber for quite a while now. Things went smoothe, no problems.

    After I moved some websites from the old platform (Apache, managed) to a cloud vserver (Debian with Plesk, not managed) I cannot log in anymore (on all of them) as long as WP Cerber is activated with Custom login URL enabled.

    Leaving the Custom login URL field empty solved the problem — but I would like to use this feature.

    I tried all “the usual things” like disabling all other plugins, resetting and installing WP Cerber — no change though.

    Any ideas what the problem could be?

    Hi!

    There should be some related events (errors) logged in the WP Cerber activity log. They explain why you were unable to log in.
