    Hello,
    I was very happy to see you in CodeCanyon with Unlimited sites & Lifetime updates plan when I decide to move from Updraftplus to you at the right time.
    so I checked it out immediately and download, then activate.
    But I cannot log in the backupguards dashboard….!
    The message says I might get the credential for logging in.
    But Nowhere I can find.
    I am so sad cause I am suddenly blocked to give you a good review.

    One advice,
    Please write down the renewal price to get another yearly updates and supports.
    I had tried to find the exact renewal fee, but I can find just ‘fair’. then, no one can trust you although it may very cheap. Many of potential buyer might do just back from the check-in page like me when they saw the checked auto-subscription checkbox for renewal. It is a bad idea because there is no mention of a renewal fee, only mention about ‘Lifetime license’ to confuse. That’s why I considered turning back.
    Hey, I just bet you. your plugin is very competitive and super cheap than others even you don’t hide a renewal price. Be honest with good support and get trust with a higher price. then you can be more than your aim.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
