No Lists Found and PHP errors

    Hello,

    I am getting the following errors with the plugin and it can’t find any mailing lists since the lates WordPress update please can you advise:

    Hey @sarahbanks,

    Could you turn on error handling? That files referenced haven’t been updated in 3 years so I think you might be running into a compatablility issue with another plugin potentially.

    We have built in error handling in that file that will give you a more specific error:

    If you follow that tutorial you should be able to receive a better error because it seems like you’re not able to pull your account from Mailchimp.

    While you’re at it you could also check out this article because commonly Mailchimp will block sites that are on shared hosting because the host is sharing IP addresses across multiple sites. That means if even one of the other sites on your shared hosting is spam you’re all penalized unfortunately. If that is the case, you would need to get a dedicated IP address or move to another server so your IP would change.

    Thanks Freddie,

    I have enabled debugging to find now errors, however I have also run an update on all plugins and it is now working so it seems that one of the plugins was knocking this out somehow.
