No listings showing after import

We have the all themes developer package plus also paid for a number of additional plugins plus have also invested in WP All Import / Export Pro plugins – so investment in the theme has already been reasonable !

When importing properties via an xml feed from a url, the properties are all created and going into Listings shows 147 active but none display and none are visible on the front end of the website. There is obviously something missing or configured wrong in the import but it isnt obvious what this is and the documentation doesnt seem to cover this.

Support at WP All Import have been helpful and very responsive but have said they have done all they can and need more information from WP Casa support so logging a ticket here in hope we can get some answers
