[Topic decapped – please do not yell here]

How can I see in my website the subscription lists created instead of — NO LIST HAS BEEN SELECTED IN SENDPRESS WIDGET SETTINGS — ?

    I don’t want this message!
I want to show the subscription lists and the website visitors choose that they want to subscribe!

    How can I fix it?

    Hi guaramo,

This is a case of not haveing a public list or one selected on the widget. You can see how to change these settings here.

    Thanks Josh!

I did that, but if I clic in “check to allow to subscribe in this public list” and then click in SAVE so do not take the setting otherwise uncheck again… So when I visit the website do not appear any list to subscribe …. Is like I never click in the check option in order to allow to the visitors to subscribe to this public list… so do to appear any list!

    How can I fix it?
Do you want to obtain a Administrator Login to check by yourself?

    Really thanks!

    Hi Gustavo,

Looks at your settings you have all your lists synced to WordPress roles. If you would like to use the widget you need to have a list that is not synced to a WordPress role and make sure it is public.

Thank you very much Josh, for your excellent support!

Now the issue has been resolved!

Hi Josh. I have the same problem, but I do have my List public, and not linked to any role. I have found that if I disable the SuperCache plugin, the widget displays properly on the website. However, if I turn it back on, it shows NO LIST HAS BEEN SELECTED IN SENDPRESS WIDGET SETTINGS — ?.

I just started using the plugin and think its good, but I need this fixed and I would like to use the cache plugin to speed up the site.

    Please advise.

Caching plug-ins are really difficult to troubleshoot without knowing a little bit more information. From the sounds of it though you probably have some sort of local caching issue on your computer or in your browser. We would recommend that you try clearing your cache or try a different browser or different computer they don’t normally access your site.

Could you turn on super cache and send us the URL for your site? We can take a look and see how it shows up on our end.

Actually, I solved the problem by switching to WP Total Cache. SendPress does not seem to have any problems with this cache plugin.

Now, if only there was duplicate email function, so I wouldn’t have to create a new one from scratch each time.

That feature is definitely coming down the road. In the meantime, you can just choose an existing message and change the subject. It won’t mess up your reports and it will prevent you from needing to duplicate everything if you keep a lot of things the same.

That fix same my day thank you
