No links menu with "Proper Links"

    After a lot of digging, I discovered that new installs of 3.5 no longer have a Link Manager by default. One has to add the Link Manager Plugin.

    Yes, that was a funny change that caught a lot of people off-guard. Glad you figured out the fix and thanks for posting the resolution.
