No Links Generated

I have a website with over 7000 posts. I initially uploaded a test file with a few keywords for single post. The link index build completed fine, it built over 6000 links to that one page. Then I reset the keywords, uploaded another file with keywords for over 3000 posts, 10 keywords per posts, around 33K keywords in total. The link index build doesn’t work. It gets to 100%, no links are displayed and it restarts the build again.
