No link with featured image view

  • Hello,

    I try to use the featured image view with a link to the image when displayed in the front end. I have selected the medium view and would like to have the large view when clicked. But then, in the front end, the image appears in medium but without link (no a tag)!
    Then, if I select object link instead of large, I have a link, but on the article where the feature image is attached and not on the media itself !!!
    Is there a way to use featured image and have a link to the media ?

    The first case should work.
    The second case is weird, because the link to object obviously point to a page/post that the picture belongs to.

    Basically what you would like to do is doable.
    post a screenshot of the actual widget so I can see what you have there.
