No Link to Comments on Main Page

    Hello,

    The theme that I am using has no link to the comment box on the main page. I would like for there to be some sort of link to the comment box above or below each post on the main page. Is there a plugin that would do this for me? If not, how would I obtain this by configuring code? My website is https://www.straightgangsterism.com.
