no link to column names

  • Unfortunately not working (link to column names doesn’t exist), as soon as you change anything in the downloaded csv file (e.g. copy row and only change id a.s.o), save and try to upload.
    It might be MS Excel, but then that must be taken into account.

    Hi @elsadesica,

    The issue you are facing is because the CSV encoding might have changed when saving the CSV file using MS Excel. Please try using spreadsheet applications like LibreOffice as MS Excel alter the CSV encoding to ASCII by default.
