No link to a previous/next post….

    I just noticed that if I view one of my older posts, there’s no link to view the previous post or the next post. Also…. when I click on an Archive Month I only see about 5 or 6 posts for that month… I can’t even see my very first post.

    Is this a “theme” issue? Or do I need to activate something in my admin?

    Yes. If this is a custom theme, then there are several built-in WP functions for you to use. Look at Template Tags. The prev/next functions in the “Link tags” box is for archive-type pages. The prev/next functions in the “Post tags” box is for the “single.php” page.

    You just changed your theme, didn’t you? Everything looks okay now.

    Yep… I changed my theme… I’m so not good with css stuff and want something I don’t have to play with too much. *blush*

    well, the good news is there are plenty of themes to choose from.

    If the theme doesn’t allow for previous and next…can i custom code it in? if so, how?….thank you!!
