    plugin doesn’t catch primary category. Instead it catch first category in alphabetic order

    could you send me the screenshot of “Edit Post” page with Permalink Manager box and Yoast’s metabox displayed?

    Please also note that after you change the primary category and you did not enable “Auto-update URI” option, the new permalink with new primary category will not be updated automatically. Such situation may occur when you save the draft/post before selecting the primary category, then the first (sorted by name) assigned category will be used in the custom permalink.
