No license key assigned after purchasing the plugin

It’s been more than 6Hrs since we purchased this plugin from you and still haven’t received a license assigned under our account despite the numerous communication attempts to get support in this matter, from creating a ticket, using ContactUs form on your website, calling, Messenger app, we have received no response at all till now. Please help to fix the issue. License key not getting validated.
