No JSON block with new update

you find the Version 1.3.17.
Delete 1.4 and upload the ZIP.

To investigate that: Can you post the URL you use here or at
https://jsoncontentimporter.freshdesk.com/widgets/feedback_widget/new?searchArea=no
in private.
The error “you “We have a Problem with JSON here:
Either we got no JSON from the API. Or the basenode-parameter is not ok.
Switch on the Debugmode of the Plugin!” looks like the API is not available.

Thanks for the reply, I have other sites that use different API’s and I updated them to the latest version and the problem persists.

The API is available and the old version can retrieve it no problem.

Version 1.4.1 will fix that. Yet you can add basenode=”” to fix that.
