No javascript in wp-admin

Hello,

after moving my wp on the server (one directory up) I seem to have no javascript in the admin area anymore (e.g. in the plugins like Advanced TinyMCE and “All in One Favicon”)

Firefox Debugger says (on a plugin-setting-page):
“undefined”!=typeof jQuery?(“undefined”==typeof jQuery.fn.hoverIntent&&!function(a){…”

in admin-bar.min.js

Already Tried:
– deactivate and delete all plugins
– refreshing wp-admin direcotry
– adding “define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);” in wp-config.php

Also the wp-debugger constantly says: “Constant FS_CHMOD_DIR already defined in …/wp-config.php on line 104“

Found no help in the web so far.
