    I’m wondering why my report was marked resolved, when it’s not?

    Hi,

    Apologies, it may have been marked as resolved due to inactivity.

    In regards to the issue you are facing, it appears that there may be a conflict with another plugin. As a test, could you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for UpdraftPlus and see if the problem persists?

    I covered this in the other thread. No, there aren’t any plugins that I can do without and still keep the site usable for my users. Besides, say I disable one and find out that corrects the problem. What then? Keep it disabled? Why should another vendor be responsible for something that Updraft isn’t capable of coexisting with?

    Looks like no one at Updraft is interested in working on this or responding. On the other thread, they asked for information, which I provided. It’s been silent ever since. In

    Could you ask your hosts for you php error log?

    I checked the log (I don’t have to ask, I can enable/disable it myself). There are no php errors being logged.

    Hi,

    The leading candidate for the problem is a plugin conflict of some sort; but to investigate that, we need to confirm whether it is so, or not. If we find out which plugin it is a conflict with, we can then investigate that plugin to see what can be done about. To proceed further with the investigation, we need you to temporarily, for testing purposes, deactivate all other plugins, reload the page, and see if the problem is still there or not. You can then immediately re-activate all the plugins after doing the test.
