No items in shop – rebuild cache after an hour or so

Hey! I’m struggling to get this plugin to work properly.

I’ve installed it correctly, and products are visible after I save / update cache. However after about an hour or so, I need to rebuild cache.

I’m using Version 5.8.1 WP and latest spreadplugin

Worth to mention:
we’re using jetpack, mercury theme.
