• Customer is NOT being sent an Invoice..

    They get ALL other emails just fine, Registration, New Order, Order Complete etc.

    But not getting an Invoice

    If I select Order and RESEND the customer simply receives a Order Detail emails. Is this the “Invoice” ?

    And where do I setup my Company details ie. Address, VAT Number etc

    Am I missing something ??

    You can customise the email templates to add extra details, or email footer in settings.

    Customers get order placed emails and updates when complete. ‘invoice’ is a manually sent, optional email.
