NO INTEGRITY. An update was available for our pro them, Business Consultant, during our paid year of support. The update was not pushed out to WordPress, and we did not know about it until after our year expired. We are having problems with the theme and decided to make sure we had the latest update. When we realized an update was released a month before our subscription expired, we asked multiple times to receive the update. They will only do so if we resubscribe for another year. Why would we do that if we didn’t get what we paid for the first time? UNFAIR. NO INTEGRITY. WISH SKT THE WORST.9/28/2021 UPDATE
SKT Support sent an email questioning my integrity because I had not removed this review after they finally provided the theme update that had been available during my subscription period. My response said, “Thanks for the reminder. Integrity on my part makes it important that others see exactly how you handled your customer. So, I will update my reviews to reflect that you finally provided the update that was available before my subscription expired. But, your statement that I asked you to fix a broken site was a lie, and you didn’t decide to do the right thing until I wrote the reviews. That’s unfortunate and people need to know how you treat your customers. I’ll update my reviews today. I hope you do better for others in the future.”`9/28/2021 UPDATE
