    As much as I want to try this program. There is no documentation, shapshots, videos or anything to show you how to use this plugin.

  • Hi,

    There’s no documentation because it’s really simple:
    – You insert an order as administrator
    – There are two new fields on the checkout to decide if you are shopping as a customer or not and if you want to create an account to the client if it still dies not exists an account with that billing email
    – The order will be assigned to that user

    What do you mean you insert an order? Can you be more specific.

    For example:

    woocommerce > orders > add order

    Taking a few second to take a snapshot doesn’t hurt either.

    woocommerce > orders > add order

    That’s one way to do it.

    Another way is using our plugin, using the frontend, and taking advantage of any frontend-only functionalities like the customer was doing it. In the checkout, if you activate the option “Shop as client” the order will be assigned to the customer account that has the same email address, and if you activate “Create user” an account will be created if it doesn’t exist already.

    You’re not helpful at all. You do not list any steps or snapshots showing how to do anything.

    Simply telling me to insert as admin doesnt show me how to do that. Your website is no help either.

    I’m sorry that I’m not helpful, but I do not have any other way to explain it, than what I already mentioned. It’s all very clear on the plugin description:

    Allows a WooCommerce store Administrator or Shop Manager to use the frontend and assign a new order to a registered or new customer, taking advantage of all the frontend functionalities that might not exist on the backend, which can be very useful for phone or email orders.

    The order will automatically be assigned to a registered customer if the billing email matches. If no registered user is found, the shop manager can decide to either create a new user or leave the order as if it was inserted by a guest.

    Two new fields are added to the billing checkout section, for logged-in administrators and shop managers.

    FEATURES
    Enter email and phone orders directly on the frontend;
    Create orders for existing users if the email address exists on the customer database;
    Choose either to create a new user or leave the order as if it was inserted by a guest if the email address does not exist on the customer database;

    Have you installed it and tried it?

    Maybe this plugin is just not what you need.
    What are you trying to achieve?

    Also: please, don’t be rude.

    What am I trying to achieve? It’s simple. I want to be able to login as a customer. Thats why I want to do. But here we are going back and forth getting nowhere because you have no documentation on how to use your plugin. Simply giving a description of what your plugin does, and not showing how to use it with pictures, videos, manual like every other plugin thats out there is not helpful.

    I could only imagine the tech support you give when somebody has an issue with the plugin.

    As far as being rude, you could of showed me how to use it the first time I sent you a message. With snapshots, a video, manual etc.

    You’re right. I don’t need put my $$ into a developer who cant explain to someone how to use their product.

    What am I trying to achieve? It’s simple. I want to be able to login as a customer

    This plugin does not do that neither it announces it anywhere.
    Here’s some help https://lmgtfy.app/?q=User+Switching+plugin

    Regarding all the rest, I already explained everything several times, you just don’t get it because you’re looking at the wrong plugin for your needs, and again: you’re just rude.
