No installments option displayed on checkout page.

    I am using the event star pro theme and woocommerce and have installed this plugin and set up an installment plan but on the order there is no installments option. I switched off the other payment options but it did not make a difference.

    Any help appreciated. Let me know if you need a login.

    Hi,

    Sorry for delay, I have not been notified for this issue.

    I tested on your site but it seems that there is no products to buy. I cannot reach a checkout process even I create an account.

    Furthermore, the possible reasons for which payment in installments is not propsed can be:
    – payment method is not enabled in plugin admin panel (section PayZen – Payment in installments)
    – restriction on country or currency.
    – incompatibility with you theme if not same as standard theme. Our plugin is tested over standard theme.
